If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.

All our goods cannot be resold; therefore, we do not accept returns unless the products are not fit for consumption.

If you’re not happy with your order. You must inform us on the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased. Please email orders@halalmeat.delivery. You must provide photographic evidence for any refund claim made.

To accurately process your refund, you must provide us with your name, order number and delivery address. When we receive your request for a refund, we aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for our team to investigate.

Seasonal products such as Turkeys and special orders are not refundable.
